The Great British Pub Awards
After being approached in 2021 to produce a simple hybrid award show, Optical Media has transformed The Great British Pub Awards into a multi platform experience for the last three years, with a full 30 minute pre-awards show for online viewers to be fully immersed in the awards through their own bespoke experience.
The awards themselves - hosted in 2023 by Edith Bowman- were covered by seven cameras, working in tandem with the external AV supplier to provide a seamless online experience, plus an events highlights film delivered the next day.

Mountbatten Festival of Music
In 2024, Optical Media was contracted for three years by the Ministry of Defence to capture its annual Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Royal Albert Hall.
Performed in front of an audience of 15,000, it is a highlight in the Royal Navy’s calendar, showcasing the talents of The Massed Bands Of His Majesty's Royal Marines over two nights.
Outputted on social media and network TV, the concerts attract over 1 million viewers per year.
